LF-13 Positioning Damping Wheel
Classification:
Product Description
This damping wheel is easy to install and can be directly snapped into place. It is widely used in well-known brand DVD covers. The damping wheel and buffer have a shockproof effect and slow down the door opening and closing speed, making it smooth and effective in reducing noise generated during product use. The damper can enhance the overall product quality and extend its lifespan.
Product specifications:
| Model | Torque | Damping rotation direction |
| LF-13-50G | 50-80gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
| LF-13-100G | 100±20gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
| LF-13-150G | 150±20gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
| LF-13-200G | 200±20gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
Note: 1) The marked torque is based on testing conditions of temperature at 23℃, humidity at 80%, motor speed of the test stand at 36 revolutions per minute, with readings taken after the damper rotates for 5 circles.
2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease.
3) Maximum operating temperature range for the damper: -40℃ to 90℃.
4) This series of dampers can provide gear customization.

阻尼器特性
A. Temperature characteristics:
The torque generated by the damper will change under the influence of environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature affect the viscosity of the damping oil, causing torque output to decrease with rising temperatures and increase with falling temperatures. When the temperature returns to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

B. Speed characteristics:
The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases as well. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.

Specific usage methods for gear dampers
A. Gear and rack fit (linear motion of workpiece)

B. Gear and gear fit (rotational motion of workpiece with angle limitation)

C. Gear and gear fit (no angle limitation)

D. Workpiece directly connected to damper rotating shaft
