LF-66 360-degree rotating disc damper

This product is a hardware disc-type damper that can rotate 360 degrees and is easy to install. Its ultra-thin appearance facilitates customer installation and is currently widely used in cinema seats and piano lids, providing cushioning and enhancing the user experience. This product is a bidirectional damper; for unidirectional use, a unidirectional bearing can be added to the central shaft to achieve unidirectional functionality, which can be either clockwise or counterclockwise.

4.阻尼器特性
A.温度特性:
阻尼器产生的扭矩在受到环境温度影响时会发生变化。这是由于温度的变化会使阻尼油的粘度产生变化,扭矩输出随温度的升高而降低;随温度的降低而增大。当温度恢复正常,扭矩也随之恢复到原来的数值。

B.速度特性:
阻尼器的扭矩在使用旋转速度不同时也会发生变化。一般情况下,旋转速度加快,扭矩也随之增大;旋转速度减慢,扭矩也随之减小。另启动时扭矩与标准扭矩也不同。
