LF-28A 12mm outer diameter cylindrical vehicle interior damping component
Classification:
Product Description
The outer diameter of the cylindrical damper is 12mm, which can be widely used in vehicle interior handle components to buffer excessive spring force of the handle, preventing injury to users.
Product specifications:
| Model | Torque | Damping rotation direction |
| LF-28A-300G | 300±50gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
| LF-28A-400G | 400±50gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
| LF-28A-500G | 500±100gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
| LF-28A-600G | 600±100gf.cm | 360° rotation (bi-directional) |
Note: 1) The marked torque is based on testing conditions of temperature at 23℃ and humidity at 80%, with a motor speed of the test stand at 36 revolutions per minute, and data measured after the damper rotates for 5 circles;
2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease.
3) Maximum operating temperature range of the damper: -40℃ to 90℃.

(Damper characteristics)
(A. Temperature characteristics:)
The torque generated by the damper will change under the influence of environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature affect the viscosity of the damping oil, causing torque output to decrease with rising temperatures and increase with falling temperatures. When the temperature returns to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

(B. Speed characteristics:)
The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases as well. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.
