LF-11C small damper
Classification:
Product Description
The small damper is suitable for various small and medium-sized boxes, flip covers, telescopic, and sliding products. It is currently widely used in high-end DVD flip cover products, providing shock resistance and slowing down the door opening and closing speed, making it smooth and effective in reducing noise generated during product use. The damper can enhance the overall quality of the product and extend its service life.

Note: 1) The marked torque is tested under conditions of temperature at 23℃ and humidity at 80%, with a motor speed of the test stand at 36 revolutions per minute; the data is measured after the damper rotates for five circles.
2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease.
3) The maximum operating temperature range of the damper: -40℃ to +90℃.
4) This series of dampers can provide gear customization.

Damper characteristics
A. Temperature characteristics:
The torque generated by the damper will change under the influence of environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature will affect the viscosity of damping oil; torque output decreases with increasing temperature and increases with decreasing temperature. When the temperature returns to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

B. Speed characteristics:
The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases as well. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.

Specific usage methods for gear dampers
A. Gear and rack fit (linear motion of workpiece)

B. Gear and gear fit (rotational motion of workpiece with angle limitation)

C. Gear and gear fit (no angle limitation)

D. Workpiece directly connected to damper rotating shaft
