Dongguan damper manufacturer exclusively supplies stainless steel shell rotary dampers. This stainless steel one-way damper can reach a maximum torque of up to 6Nm (60kgf.cm). It is suitable for various high-end heavy covers, serving to slow down the cover's descent, providing shock resistance and reducing the speed of door opening and closing, making it smooth and effective in reducing noise generated during product use, thus enhancing the overall product quality.
This product addresses the current market bottleneck where common one-way dampers cannot achieve a torque of 5Nm. Additionally, the shell is made from high-stretch stainless steel material, which prevents the outer shell from cracking during use under high torque conditions, greatly improving the safety of using one-way buffers on heavy covers.

(A) Temperature characteristics:
... The torque generated by the damper will change when affected by environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature affect the viscosity of damping oil; as temperature increases, torque output decreases; as temperature decreases, torque increases. When the temperature returns to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

Pressure-type damper usage method:
(B) In examples shown when using rotary buffers please calculate required torques according to following method.

(C) Please minimize gaps between rotating shafts and connecting components; if gaps exist it will affect speed during downward rotation.

(5) LF-35 series rotary buffers have a rotation angle limit set at110 degrees exceeding this may damage buffer please install external stop mechanisms accordingly based on closed positions.

由上面的计算我们选定缓冲器为LF-18E-25kgf.cm(25kgf.cm≈2.45Nm)。
C.回转轴和结合部件的间隙请尽量减小,如果有间隙存在,回转下落时盖板速度会受到影响。
4.缓冲器根据使用环境温度的变化扭矩也会发生变化。其变化规律为环境温度升高时扭矩下降,动作时间加快,环境温度下降时扭矩升高,动作时间放慢,这是因为环境温度变化时,粘性油的粘度也随之变化的缘故。但是当环境温度恢复到常温时,扭矩也会恢复到原来的数值。
5.LF-35系列旋转缓冲器的旋转角度为110度,超过110度回转时有损坏缓冲器的可能,请在外部安装停止机构。动作的角度以闭合位置为基准。
