LF-39 Ultra-thin Unidirectional Gear Damper
Classification:
Product Description
This gear damper is a unidirectional damper, characterized by its extremely thin product thickness, making it suitable for products with limited assembly space. Coupled with the clever internal structure of this product, the unidirectional cushioning effect is excellent, and the damping direction is almost0.canbe used in high-end electronic products and can meet the high reverse resistance requirements of customers.

(Note:) The marked torque is tested under conditions of temperature, humidity, at a temperature of℃,Under the condition of humidity %, the test rack motor speed is 36 rpm, and the data is measured after the damper rotates 5 times;
2)Torque customization can be achieved by changing the viscosity of the damper grease
3)Maximum operating temperature range of the damper: -40℃ to 90℃
4)This series of dampers is available with custom gears

5.Damper characteristics
A.Temperature characteristics:
The torque generated by the damper changes when affected by ambient temperature. This is because temperature variations alter the viscosity of the damping oil, causing the torque output to decrease as temperature increases and increase as temperature decreases. When the temperature returns to normal, the torque also returns to its original value

B.Speed characteristics:
The torque of the damper changes with different rotational speeds. Generally, as the rotational speed increases, the torque increases; as the rotational speed decreases, the torque decreases. Furthermore, the starting torque differs from the standard torque.

6.Specific usage method of gear damper
A. Gear and rack mesh (workpiece linear motion)

B. Gears meshing (workpiece rotational motion, with angular limitations)

C. Gears meshing (no angle restrictions)

D. The workpiece is directly connected to the damper's rotating shaft
