This one-way damper has an outer diameter of 14mm, and the small outer diameter damper is suitable for products with limited installation space. It is currently widely used in high-end products such as trash cans and vacuum cleaners, serving to cushion the speed of the lid's descent, thereby enhancing the product's quality.

阻尼器特性 
A.温度特性:
阻尼器产生的扭矩在受到环境温度影响时会发生变化。这是由于温度的变化会使阻尼油的粘度产生变化,扭矩输出随温度的升高而降低;随温度的降低而增大。当温度恢复正常,扭矩也随之恢复到原来的数值。

 

 

 

A. Temperature characteristics:
The torque generated by the damper will change under the influence of environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature affect the viscosity of the damping oil, causing torque output to decrease with rising temperatures and increase with falling temperatures. When the temperature returns to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

 


B. Speed characteristics:

The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases as well. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.
Specific usage method for gear dampers.
A. The closed position serves as a cushioning termination position; at this angle, torque output is maximized and serves as a reference for cushioning termination installation.
B. The angle between the flat mounting reference on the rotating shaft and that on the opposite side of the body should be set at 90°.
