LF-08B unidirectional gear damper
Classification:
Product Description
The characteristic of the one-way damper is that the direction with damping force has a buffering effect, while the direction without damping force is in an unloaded state. It is suitable for various high-end flip, telescopic, and sliding products such as small and medium-sized boxes. For example, the one-way damper can act as a buffer for bank telescopic belts, and the one-way gear damper is suitable for smart lock sliding covers, allowing the sliding cover to close freely and slowly. It has shockproof effects and slows down the retraction speed of the telescopic belt, making it smooth and effective in reducing noise generated during product use while extending product lifespan.

(Note: 1) The marked torque is based on testing conditions of temperature at 23℃ and humidity at 80%, with a motor speed of 20 revolutions per minute; data measured after the damper rotates for five circles.
(2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease.
(3) The maximum operating temperature range of the damper: -40℃ to +90℃.
(4) This series of dampers can provide gear customization.
(5) This type of damper comes in multiple shaft heights.

Damper characteristics
A. Temperature characteristics:
The torque generated by the damper will change under the influence of environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature affect the viscosity of damping oil; torque output decreases with rising temperatures and increases with falling temperatures. When temperatures return to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

B. Speed characteristics:
The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally speaking, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases accordingly. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.

Specific usage methods for gear dampers
A. Gear meshing with rack (linear motion of workpiece)

B. Gear meshing with gear (rotational motion of workpiece with angle limitation)

C. Gear meshing with gear (no angle limitation)

D. Workpiece directly connected to damper rotating shaft
