Product Description

The characteristic of the one-way damper is that the direction with damping force has a buffering effect, while the direction without damping force is in a no-load state. This one-way damper is characterized by its thin height, making it suitable for various high-end flip, telescopic, and sliding products such as small and medium-sized boxes. It saves a lot of space during installation and features easy installation and excellent buffering effects. This type of one-way damping wheel is currently widely used in several well-known smart lock sliding covers, allowing the sliding cover to fall freely and slowly. It has shockproof effects, ensuring smooth and fluid descent, effectively reducing noise generated during product use and extending product lifespan.

Note: 1) The marked torque is measured under conditions of temperature at 23℃ and humidity at 80%, with the test rig motor speed at 20 revolutions per minute; data is determined after the damper rotates for 5 turns.
2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease.
3) Maximum operating temperature range for the damper: -40℃ to 90℃.
4) This series of dampers can provide gear customization.

Damper characteristics

A. Temperature characteristics:
The torque generated by the damper will change under the influence of environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature affect the viscosity of the damping oil; torque output decreases with rising temperatures and increases with falling temperatures. When temperatures return to normal, torque also returns to its original value.

B. Speed characteristics:
The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases as well. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.
