It allows for slow closure when the door body closes and can be fixed with just one screw. The rotation small gear damper can adjust resistance according to customer product design requirements.

Note: 1) The marked torque is tested under conditions of temperature at 23℃ and humidity at 80%, with the test rig motor speed at 36 revolutions per minute; data is measured after the damper rotates for five circles.
2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease.
3) Maximum operating temperature range of the damper: -40℃ to +90℃.
4) This series of dampers can provide custom gears.

A.温度特性:
阻尼器产生的扭矩在受到环境温度影响时会发生变化。这是由于温度的变化会使阻尼油的粘度产生变化,扭矩输出随温度的升高而降低;随温度的降低而增大。当温度恢复正常,扭矩也随之恢复到原来的数值。

B.速度特性:
阻尼器的扭矩在使用旋转速度不同时也会发生变化。一般情况下,旋转速度加快,扭矩也随之增大;旋转速度减慢,扭矩也随之减小。另启动时扭矩与标准扭矩也不同。
