Product Description
Our company provides high-quality dampers, damping wheels, damping gears, and buffer dampers. They are widely used in products such as conference room floor socket covers, hidden sockets, and roller blinds. They can slowly open the cover to avoid excessive elasticity that may harm users. All our damper products use imported environmentally friendly materials, have a high cost-performance ratio, and can be customized to various specifications.
Product specifications:
| Model | Torque | Damping rotation direction |
| LF-81-300G | 300±50gf.cm | 360° rotation (bidirectional) |
| LF-81-500G | 500±100gf.cm | 360° rotation (bidirectional) |
| LF-81-1000G | 1000±200gf.cm | 360° rotation (bidirectional) |
| LF-81-1500G | 1500±200gf.cm | 360° rotation (bidirectional) |
Note: 1) The marked torque is the data measured after the damper rotates for 5 turns under conditions of temperature at 23℃ and humidity at 80%, with the test rig motor speed at 36 revolutions per minute;
2) Torque customization can be provided by changing the viscosity of the damper grease;
3) The maximum operating temperature range of the damper: -40℃ to 90℃;

(Damper characteristics)
(A. Temperature characteristics:)
The torque generated by the damper will change when affected by environmental temperature. This is because changes in temperature will cause variations in the viscosity of the damping oil; torque output decreases with rising temperatures and increases with falling temperatures. When the temperature returns to normal, the torque also returns to its original value.

(B. Speed characteristics:)
The torque of the damper will also change when using different rotational speeds. Generally speaking, as rotational speed increases, torque also increases; as rotational speed decreases, torque decreases as well. Additionally, starting torque differs from standard torque.
